...FLASH FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH SUNDAY AFTERNOON...

The Flash Flood Watch continues for

* Kauai and Niihau.

* Through Sunday afternoon

* Bands of heavy showers will continue to develop and move over
  Kauai and Niihau through the weekend. There will also be a
  chance for a few thunderstorms tonight and Sunday. These shower
  bands will have the potential to produce torrential rainfall in
  a relatively short amount of time. 

* Where torrential rains occur, flash flooding of poor drainage
  areas, streams, and low lying areas will be possible. 

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Conditions may develop that lead to flash flooding. Flash
flooding is very dangerous. Monitor later forecasts and be
prepared to take action should warnings be issued.
