...FLOOD ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 230 AM HST TUESDAY FOR THE 
ISLAND OF MOLOKAI IN MAUI COUNTY...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...The island of Molokai in Maui County.

* WHEN...Until 230 AM HST.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding on roads, poor drainage areas, and in 
  streams. Water over roadways. River or stream flows are elevated.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1117 PM HST, radar indicated a large band of heavy rain
    continues to move across the island of Molokai tonight. Heavy
    rainfall is mainly over the eastern end of the Molokai near
    Kaunakakai and Pukoo. Heavy rain was falling at a rate of 1
    to 2 inches per hour.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    The entire island of Molokai.



PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Stay away from streams, drainage ditches and low lying areas prone 
to flooding.

Do not cross fast flowing or rising water in your vehicle, or on 
foot. Turn around, don't drown.

A Flood Watch is also in effect for all Hawaiian Islands until 
Tuesday at 6 PM HST.

This advisory replaces the previous advisory that was in effect for 
the island of Molokai in Maui County.

This advisory may need to be extended beyond 230 AM HST if flooding 
persists.
