EXPIRE AT 415 AM HST...

Weather radar and rain gauges show that rains have diminished across 
the windward and Kau sections of the Big Island, with recent 
rainfall rates generally less than one half inch per hour. Therefore 
the flood advisory will be allowed to expire at 415 AM HST.

Heavy rains could redevelop at any time across the area, and a flash 
flood watch remains in effect for the Big Island through this 
afternoon.
