NORTHWEST OF IWO TO, HAS TRACKED NORTHEASTWARD AT 14 KNOTS OVER
THE PAST SIX HOURS. ANIMATED ENHANCED INFRARED SATELLITE IMAGERY
CONTINUES TO SHOW THINNING CONVECTION AS THE SYSTEM IS UNDERGOING
EXTRA-TROPICAL TRANSITION (ETT). THE CURRENT POSITION IS BASED ON
SATELLITE FIXES FROM PGTW AND RJTD ALONG WITH 191136Z ASCAT PASS
WITH HIGH CONFIDENCE. THE SYSTEM IS RAPIDLY MERGING WITH A BAROCLINIC
ZONE AND WILL COMPLETE ETT BY TAU 12. THIS IS THE FINAL WARNING ON
THIS SYSTEM BY THE JOINT TYPHOON WRNCEN PEARL HARBOR HI. THE SYSTEM
