KNOTS OVER THE PAST SIX HOURS. ANIMATED ENHANCED INFRARED
SATELLITE IMAGERY DEPICTS DIMINISHED CONVECTION ASSOCIATED WITH
A WEAK LOW-LEVEL CIRCULATION CENTER. THE COMBINED EFFECTS OF DRY
AIR INTRUSION AND COOL SEA SURFACE TEMPERATURES IN THE AREA ARE
RAPIDLY DECAYING THE SYSTEM, LEADING TO ITS DISSIPATION OVER THE
NEXT 12 HOURS. THIS IS THE FINAL WARNING ON THIS SYSTEM BY THE JOINT
