TROPICAL DEPRESSION 29W (TOKAGE), LOCATED APPROXIMATELY 242 NM
WEST-NORTHWEST OF MANILA, PHILIPPINES, HAS TRACKED SOUTHWESTWARD
AT 17 KNOTS OVER THE PAST SIX HOURS. ANIMATED MULTISPECTRAL
SATELLITE IMAGERY REVEALS THAT THE REMNANTS OF TD TOKAGE HAS
EMBEDDED WITHIN THE NORTHEASTERLY COLD SURGE WHICH HAS CAUSED IT TO
ACCELERATE SOUTHWESTWARD AND ALMOST COMPLETELY UNRAVEL. A RECENT
ASCAT PASS MISSED THE SYSTEM BUT SHOWED 25-30 KNOT WINDS ASSOCIATED
WITH THE COLD SURGE; THEREFORE, STRONG NORTHEASTERLY WINDS COULD
STILL BE PRESENT ALONG THE NORTHWESTERN SIDE OF THE DEPRESSION. THE
REMNANTS OF TD 29W WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE TO THE SOUTHWEST AND
COMPLETELY DISSIPATE. THIS IS THE FINAL WARNING ON THIS SYSTEM BY
THE JOINT TYPHOON WRNCEN PEARL HARBOR HI. THE SYSTEM WILL BE CLOSELY
MONITORED FOR SIGNS OF REGENERATION. MAXIMUM SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT
AT 280600Z IS 10 FEET.//
