AN AREA OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS MOVING WEST AND NORTHWEST OVER
COASTAL WATERS FROM THE BIG ISLAND TO MOLOKAI WILL SPREAD TO OAHU
WINDWARD WATERS THIS AFTERNOON. BOATERS CAN EXPECT STRONG AND
GUSTY WINDS TO 33 KT...DANGEROUS CLOUD TO SURFACE LIGHTNING
STRIKES...AND VISIBILITY BELOW 1 NM IN HEAVY RAIN. SOME STORMS ARE
CAPABLE OF PRODUCING EVEN STRONGER WIND GUSTS...AND COULD POSE A
SERIOUS HAZARD FOR BOATERS. CONSIDER REMAINING IN HARBOR...AND IF
HEADING OUT ON THE WATER...REMAIN ALERT FOR HAZARDOUS WEATHER.
