A LARGE NORTH NORTHEAST SWELL WILL CONTINUE TO AFFECT NORTH
FACING HARBORS INCLUDING KAHULUI AND HILO THROUGH EARLY THIS
EVENING. THIS LARGE SWELL IS CAPABLE OF PRODUCING MODERATE SURGES
IN THE HARBORS AND LARGE BREAKING WAVES NEAR HARBOR ENTRANCES.

MARINERS SHOULD EXERCISE CAUTION WHEN OPERATING VESSELS INSIDE
HARBORS OR NEAR HARBOR ENTRANCES.
