...MODERATE SURGES POSSIBLE IN KAHULUI HARBOR...

A north swell will continue to produce the potential for moderate
surges in Kahului Harbor this morning. This swell combined with
local wind waves produced by the trade winds may also generate
large breaking waves near the harbor entrance. Mariners using this
harbor should exercise caution when entering or leaving port, and
while mooring or launching vessels.
