A NORTH SWELL IS EXPECTED TO PEAK THIS MORNING...THEN BEGIN A
SLOW DECLINE LATE MONDAY AFTERNOON. THE SWELL COULD PRODUCE
MODERATE SURGES IN NORTH FACING HARBORS...INCLUDING HILO HARBOR
AND KAHULUI HARBOR...AND ALSO MAY PRODUCE LARGE BREAKING WAVES
NEAR HARBOR ENTRANCES. MARINERS USING THESE HARBORS SHOULD
EXERCISE CAUTION WHEN ENTERING OR LEAVING PORT AND WHEN MOORING OR
LAUNCHING VESSELS.
