THE CURRENT NORTH SWELL WILL PRODUCE MILD TO MODERATE SURGES AT
KAHULUI AND HILO HARBORS. BREAKING WAVES AT THE HARBOR ENTRANCES
MAY MAKE IT DIFFICULT FOR VESSELS TO ENTER OR LEAVE PORT.
CONDITIONS WILL IMPROVE LATE THIS AFTERNOON INTO THE EVENING
HOURS AS THE SWELL DIMINISHES.
